From the brand
70% organic untreated merino wool, 30% silk. Fine knit. A soft, close-fitting wool jumper, good as a base layer. Many people also use it as an outer jumper with a wool vest underneath. It is not waisted and is therefore unisex, perfect for teenagers who are growing out of children’s size 164. The model has a little extra length in both the sleeves and the body, as well as a well-fitting cuff. Wool and silk breathe and regulate temperature, and wick moisture and sweat away from the skin: they keep you warm when it is cold and cool when it is warm. The fibre structure of untreated wool and its lanolin (wool fat) content make it naturally antibacterial. These properties also make it easier to wipe off new stains. Often a few hours of airing is enough to get rid of odour. It is environmentally certified (GOTS), ethically and responsibly manufactured, and contains no chemicals that may be harmful. No need to wash before first use.
