From the brand
Full wool pyjamas with feet. 100% organic, untreated merino wool. Medium-weight terry quality with the smooth side facing inwards and the terry loops facing outwards. The wool pyjamas have press studs at the front and an embroidered sheep on the chest. The pyjamas are roomy, with plenty of space for a nappy and nothing tight around the tummy. Wool terry insulates especially well thanks to the small loops on the fabric surface, and the wool terry pyjamas work well all year round, sometimes instead of a duvet and blanket in summer. Untreated wool warms and breathes especially well because it absorbs moisture from the skin and conducts it away. It keeps its warming ability even when wet, so the child does not become sticky, soaked and then cold. The fibre structure of untreated wool and its lanolin content (wool grease) make it naturally antibacterial. These properties also make it easier to dry or rinse away fresh stains. Often a few hours' rest or airing is enough. The garments carry the strictest environmental certification (IVN/GOTS), are ethically and responsibly manufactured, and contain no chemicals that may be harmful. No need to wash before first use. The wool pyjamas stop the child becoming sticky and then cold when the duvet comes off. This often means calmer nights for both big and small. The pyjamas can be used all year round; it is better to have a really warm pyjama and less duvet on top. Untreated wool cleans itself naturally, and spills do not penetrate the wool fibres. Therefore most things can be wiped off straight away without the pyjamas needing to be washed. If milk or water is spilt during the night, it can usually be "dabbed" away with a cloth or towel, so you do not have to disturb the child with a pyjama change. When the pyjamas occasionally need washing, they dry within a few hours and are ready again. You save a lot of washing, and the child keeps an even temperature even when the duvet is kicked off. Because the pyjamas have feet, the trouser legs do not ride up, no socks fall off, and baby's feet stay warm. Easy to grow into. At first, hold up the trouser legs with a knotted sock or a hair band (not too tight). Also available in size 50 (premature) in the colour Natur. See article number 4152. Tip: Older children quickly wear out the pyjama feet if they walk around in the pyjamas. Mend or cut off the worn foot so the pyjamas become footless, and they can then be used for longer. A sewn-on sock cuff or a sewn-on sock lengthens the legs and the lifespan of the pyjamas.
